If you’re looking for an alternative to a courthouse wedding, the private and charming backyard at Clover Cottage can accommodate up to 25 people. If it happens to rain on your big day or if you prefer an indoor ceremony the beautiful loft space in the cottage turns into a quaint little wedding chapel!
As a licensed Justice of the Peace with over 20 years experience marrying people, Roxanne is happy to take care of the ceremony details. If you’re looking for a DIY wedding, Clover Cottage is the perfect canvas to add your own personal touches.
Roxanne is also trained and available to perform Pagan, handfasting and renewal of vows ceremonies. Clover Cottage Retreat is a welcoming and magical place to host your Pagan ceremony.

Roxanne is a licensed Justice of the Peace for the Province of Nova Scotia and travels throughout the province performing beautiful and unique weddings both large and small.
Ceremony Fee $200
Rehearsal Fee $100
Mileage $0.58/km (+ tolls + lodging if required)
Complimentary in-person meeting for planning & paperwork with Roxanne included.
Elope at Clover Cottage Retreat
Ideal for the couple who want the nuptials without the fan-fare.
Stay for an hour and bring up to 6 guests.
Elopement Fee $400
Includes: Set-up, seating, parking, and JP services for ceremony
Complimentary in-person meeting for planning & paperwork with Roxanne included.
Witnesses available if required, an additional $25 fee will be required.
Ceremony with Guests
Ideal for the couple who want to celebrate their love with more close friends and family. Stay for up to 2 hours and bring up to 25 guests.
Ceremony Fee $1000
Includes: Set-up, seating, parking, JP services, access to entire property for photography.
Complimentary in-person meeting for planning & paperwork with Roxanne included.
Witnesses available if required, an additional $25 fee will apply. Couple should bring own photographer & music. Preferred rate photographer available upon request.
Stay for a reception
Add on fee: $800
Up to 2 additional hours to accommodate a cocktail/appetizer reception for up to 25 people.
Couple to provide their own prepared food and refreshments. Catering arrangements can be provided for additional fee upon request.
Long tables & chairs, linens, and table settings (dishes + cutlery) are provided.
Includes set up and clean up.
